Mastering Fear

We run a unique (non-AIDA) individualised program that centres on learning specific mental and physical skills to overcome all forms of anxiety, phobias and other fears. A central component of the course is to learn the deep, slow diaphragmatic breathing and mindfulness used in freediving and to use breath holding, both on land and in water, (yes, you will be required to enter a pool) to test one’s ability to successfully apply these techniques in real situations. You’ll know that you can apply them with confidence to any fears in your life! Approximately 3 sessions will be in an office and up to 3 sessions in a pool or other anxiety or fearful situation! Each one hour session is $195 but Medicare rebates apply (to the value of $124.80) if a referral is obtained from your GP for an anxiety condition.
